1. Goods are delivered only providing full payment has been received 2. All goods remain the property of Nappy Express until paid in full. 3. If any order is delivered on a COD basis (previously authorised with the office) and cheque/cash is not collected on delivery, it is a condition of sale that payment is received by return of post or credit card the same day. We reserve the right to use our discretion whether to leave any order without payment. 4. Please insure all invoices and deliveries are checked on receipt. Shortages and damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery for claims to be accepted. 5. Any returns must be authorised by the office before returning to the drivers and will not be credited until they are checked back into our warehouse. 6. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta at NO EXTRA CHARGE. 7. All cheques to be sent to 128 High Road, 8. All goods are subject to availability and price and include VAT where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notification. 9. The minimum value for an order is £25. We reserve the right to refuse orders under this amount. 10. Goods will be left in your absence at our drivers discretion unless otherwise instructed when placing your order - all goods are left at the customers risk. 11. We do not charge for delivery but there is a £2.59 administration charge added to each order. 12. Nappy Express will not sell any alcohol to any person it believes to be under 18 yrs. and reserves the right not to sell at their discretion. 13. Any returned cheques will be charged at £10.00 each. 14. We operate a strict privacy policy. No details are passed on to the any third party. 15. Any order taken is based on the above condition being accepted by the customer. |
