We are a family run business and have been trading since 1985. In February of that year the first of our three girls was born and at the time there was no-one offering a delivery service for parents with babies. It was after hauling nappies and washing powder home one day, juggling with a fractious baby and a buggy that it came to mind that there must be an easier way..... And so Nappy Express was born. The dining room table was our office and the spare room our warehouse! At first we only offered nappies and baby milks but as we grew we added more and more products due to customer demand.

Browse through the website at the huge range of products that we offer. We are confident that you will not see a more comprehensive range of baby related products anywhere else in one place. If there is anything you have heard of or know about that we do not stock we will always try to obtain this for you. We offer products that are not readily available in local stores and if we receive enough requests, we will stock any product you ask for. The same applies for our household items, bodycare and drinks.

We are both still fully involved with the day to day running of the company and are always available if you wish to speak to either of us personally. We believe in good old fashioned service and communication. Our friendly team are always available to speak to you on the telephone and our drivers are always happy to deliver large orders and take them to wherever you would like in your house or office. We have no maximum orders for waters, drinks or anything! Forget about impersonal online ordering - use our site to put together your order and if you do not want to place it on line, call us and we will take you through the order, delivery time and payment. We try to be as flexible as we can - customer service is extremely important to us. 

If you do wish to order online, when you place your first order you will not be able to pay for it through the site. This is intentional - we will call you to introduce ourselves and discuss when you would like your order delivered. We will at that time take your card payment details which we can either keep on our secure site or if you prefer, destroy and call you for details each time you place an order.

Our telephones are manned 9.30am to 7.30pm every Monday through Friday - orders placed before 5 are delivered next day (as per our delivery schedule but not on weekends). If you call us and an anwerphone clicks in, it means all our lines are busy but we will also call you back promptly. You can also email us via the site.

If you live outside our delivery area there are some items which we can send out by mail order to you. Please call for more information.
